Goodbye, World Book Online!

Going, going, almost gone! On November 2, the library subscription access for World Book Online will end for all Allegheny County libraries.

Why do you ask? We offer access to comparable content through various digital resources including Gale PowerSearch, Science Reference Center, Gale in Context, and Gale One File High School. These resources will be able to meet the reference needs of our patrons.

For November 2nd, make sure to remove any links or references to World Book Online from your websites or in-house promotions and don’t forget to spread the word!
